POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you book accommodations or services in The Orchard Wellness & Health Resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The terms & conditions herein stated should not be construed to be complete and exclusive.
1. Confirmed Bookings
All bookings are held in good faith for the arrival to the departure dates listed in the reservation system, at the rate specified at the time of booking. A full payment for your booking is required upon confirmation of booking, or before your arrival. A reservation is confirmed with a valid accepted credit card or debit card. You undertake that you are of legal age; that all details you provide as part of the booking process, payment process or any purchase on this website are correct; that the credit card used is your own; and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the accommodations and other products & services. Reservations may be cancelled if any of the above conditions cannot be met and verified. Any reservation made is not confirmed or held until replied with a Letter of Confirmation or a Voucher thru email by the Resort Reservations. Once a booking is confirmed and the guest does not occupy the room on the due date, the advance payment would be forfeited. Confirmed bookings may be rescheduled at your request by email, subject to availability.This does not mean that advance payment would be offset for another guest for the same date(s).
2. Check-in Time 2:00 pm
An early check-in is strictly subject to availability of room (s) and it is not guaranteed.

All reservations and registration must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. We accept Visa, and Master Card. Pursuant to credit card agreements, credit cards are not valid unless signed by the cardholder. Credit cards must be signed. Cash (USD) payment is welcomed with a signed and pre-authorized credit card. All guests are required to present a valid major credit card and government issued photo identification even if guests are planning on paying in cash upon check-out. Checks and foreign currency not accepted.
5. Cheque / Cheque Cashing
We do not accept check/cheque. We do not provide check/cheque cashing services.
6. Debit Card / Credit Card Holders
Your credit card is not valid unless signed. We will refuse an unsigned card. Your Debit or Credit Card will be pre-authorized at check-in for the full amount of your stay. The pre-authorization will HOLD the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during your stay will be charged. If you change your method of payment at check-out or change the length of your stay, your bank may not post the changes to your account immediately. The Orchard Wellness & Health Resort has no control over the policies of your bank and will not be held liable for any "insufficient funds" penalties or any other resulting fees or charges. It is your responsibility to fully understand the manner in which your bank processes pre-authorizations and charges to your debit or credit card. Some banks hold pending authorizations for up to 30 days.
7. Reservation and payment for guest by private third parties:
Generally, third party payment is not permitted. In the case of paying for a family member if you will not be physically present at the hotel, we require prior completion and approval of a Credit Card Authorization form including a copy of your driver's license and the front and back of your signed credit card. You will be responsible for any and all damages and loss. We reserve the right to refuse reservation at any time for any reason.
8. Package deals, add-ons, and Promos
These are offered from time to time and are subject to further terms and conditions that may or may not be detailed on the website. These terms and conditions may be confirmed by contacting the Resort Reservations prior to booking. Bookings for these packages indicate acceptance of all additional specific terms and conditions. Any and all package deals, add-ons and PROMOS may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Bookings of package deals, add-ons & PROMO purchases are non-refundable non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
9. Minimum Stay
Package deals and some standard rate bookings during peak periods require minimum nightly stay. Changes to reservations that do not meet minimum stay may be refused. Early check-out's for reservations with minimum stay requirements may not be refunded. While we do our best to inform the guests of our policies, it is ultimately the guests' responsibility to be aware of any minimum stay requirements of their reservation.
10. Meals, Spa services & incidentals not mentioned in the inclusions are additional charges.
Well behaved children of all ages are welcomed. Children under 5 years old can stay in free with their parent(s) in the existing bed. As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the SPA and Pool area without being accompanied and supervised by their parent/guardian/chaperone.
12. All rates are subject to change, without prior notice. All rates are for:
1 to 2 guest - Luxury Standard Room
1 to 2 guest - Luxury Suite Room
1 to 2 guest - Villa in the Green
1 to 2 guest - Luxury Villa with Private Pool
1 to 5 guest - Family Villa with Garden View
1 to 5 guest - Family Villa with Private Pool
1to 10 guest - Orchard Lake Villa
13. Maximum Occupancy
As we have rooms to cater for the different categories, the resort has a strict policy on number of pax occupying rooms. Only the Villas, Family Villas and Luxury Suite Room (King Corner Suite) can occupy ONE extra Adults / TWO extra Kids below 12 years old.Extra mattress or extra person surcharge is RM 88 nett for adult and RM 66 nett for kids. Maximum 2 children below 5 years old can stay in free with their parents in the existing bed(s) in the room. In all other cases, if you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed upon arrival, you will be asked to book another guestroom for proper accommodations. (Subject to Availability)
For FITs at the Resorts (non-groups)
All bookings of package deals, add-ons & PROMO purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. In other cases, bookings may be rescheduled at your request by email, subject to availability.
For Groups at the Resorts
Customer must notify orchardwellness.com if you plan on cancelling your booking before check in date 30 days (or more).
The following cancellation charges shall apply if:
Cancellation made less than 45 days prior to arrival date 50%
Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date 70%
Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival date 100%
Deposit payment and Booking fee are non-refundable. Please ensure to check the booking conditions prior to make your reservation on the invoice/website because the policy varies depending on the property and seasons. Cancellation request submitted before the cancellation due date, there is a 10% administration and banking charge.
15. No Show and Shortening Stay
Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early Departure/ Partial Cancellation will be treated as Cancellation. No refund will be given, 100% retention will be chargeable. Reducing the length of stay on arrival will attract retention/ penalty charges for full length stay.
16. Special requests made during reservation of bookings for additional services, amended check-in/out times or particular villas/suites are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Requests cannot be guaranteed until check-in.
17. No in-room party
Functions and parties are not permitted in the villas, suites and its premises. The Orchard Wellness & Health Resort enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the resort and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the resort without refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Visitor limits apply and are enforced. The only guests that are to occupy the suites & villas are those who are registered with the Resort on check-in. If found with more "people" not listed on the Guest Registration Form after 10:00 P.M. your stay will be considered a party. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund and may be access Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee.
18. No-cooking, Cooking appliances, Combustibles. Or fireworks at the premises and
rooms is allowed.
19. Bringing of outside food/drinks to The Orchard Wellness & Health Resort premises
and rooms is not allowed.
20. Pets are not allowed in The Orchard Wellness & Health Resort.
